摘　　要：介绍了食药用菌数据库中菌种数据库、分子生物学数据库、文献信息资源库的基本情况。目前食药用菌数据库以菌种保藏、基因数据为主体,需要进一步加强菌种、分子生物学数据的积累以及综合性数据库的建设,为食药用菌产业的高质量发展提供基础支撑作用。In this review,databases for edible and medicinal mushrooms were introduced.These databases include microbial culture collection databases,molecular biological databases,and literature information repositories.Currently,species preservation and molecular biological information databases are the majority of the existing edible and medicinal mushroom databases.Data accumulations on strain collections and molecular biology,as well as construction of comprehensive databases for edible and medicinal mushrooms are in need for the high-quality development of the edible and medicinal mushroom industry.
