银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液对脑梗死早期神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液对脑梗死早期神经功能的影响.方法:选取我院2018年1月-2019年3月我院收治的251例脑梗死患者.采取随机数字表法分为两组.对照组128例患者采取常规治疗.治疗组123例患者采用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗.观察两组患者神经功能指标[第10 d的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、改良Rankin评分量表(Modified Rankin Scale,MRS)评分以及巴氏指数(Barthel Index,BI)],同时比较轻型与重型患者的实验室检查结果.结果:非溶栓患者使用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液,轻型卒中、中型卒中,可降低卒中后早期神经功能恶化,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗组溶栓患者治疗后NIHSS评分、MRS评分以及BI评分于对照组无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05).非溶栓患者使用银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液,可改善NIHSS、MRS、BI,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),重型患者的C反应蛋白水平明显低于轻型患者(P<0.05),同时凝血酶原时间、白细胞计数水平以及D-二聚体明显高于轻型患者(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义.结论:银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗脑梗死患者能够有效提升神经功能恢复效果,值得进一步推广研究.Objective:To investigate the effect of ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection on nerve function of early cerebral infarction.Methods:251 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups by random number table method.128 patients in the control group were given routine treatment.123 patients in the treatment group were treated with ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection.The NIHSS score,MRS score and BI in groups were observed.The laboratory tests of light and heavy patients at the same time was compared.Results:In the treatment group of mild strokes,moderate stroke with non-thrombolytic patients,ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection can reduce early neurological deterioration after stroke, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). There was nosignificant difference of NIHSS score, MRS score and BI score between groups (P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences inNIHSS, MRS, BI between before and after treatment of non-thrombolytic patients (P<0.05), the CRP level in severe patients is significantlylower than light patients, P<0.05, and the original time, white blood cell count level and D-dimer were significantly higher than those inlight patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: Ginkgo diterpene lactone meglumine injection can effectively improve the recovery of nerve functionin patients with cerebral infarction, and is worth further research.
