摘 要:实验教学对创新人才培养的显著成效促使各高校不断加大实验教学比重,但实验教学管理却普遍存在重业务、轻数据,重结果、轻积累,重形式、轻价值等弊端,导致实验教学数据杂乱无章、可信度低,管理繁杂、疲于应付,更难以承前启后。针对该困境,通过我校实验教学集中式管理存在的优势与弊端作为切入点,以分析实验教学大数据的来源与特征为基础,构建了融合各学习平台、管理系统的大数据智慧管理模型。运用大数据得出实验管理精细路径并得到监控、预警及决策上的智能功效。克服集中式管理弊端,降低管理成本,由人为经验式管理转向协同智慧式管理。大数据是实验教学管理实现服务智慧化、服务精准化、效能生态化目标的重要数据手段。The remarkable effect of experimental teaching on the cultivation of innovative talents urges colleges and universities to increase the proportion of experimental teaching. However,the universal phenomena of experimental teaching management such as stressing business,less data,less accumulation,focusing on form and less value lead to the disorder and low credibility of experimental teaching data. They also make the complex management,tired of coping with,more difficult to connect the past with the future. In view of this dilemma,this paper takes advantage and disadvantage of the centralized management of experimental teaching in authors’ university as the breakthrough point,analyzes the source and characteristics of large data in experimental teaching,and constructs a model of a large intelligent management which integrates learning platforms and management systems. Using large data,we can get the fine path of experiment management and get the intelligent effect of monitoring,early warning and decision-making. The goal is to overcome the drawbacks of centralized management,reduce the cost of management,and shift from artificial experience management to collaborative wisdom management. Big data are an important means for experimental teaching management to achieve the goals of service intelligence,service precision and efficiency ecology.
