摘  要:进入新时期以来,在作物生产高新化、规模化、产业化(三化)背景下,扬州大学创建了"三化驱动,能力导向"农学专业人才培养体系,有效解决了农学类人才培养中学生知识结构单一、能力不足、视野不宽等问题。为提高农学专业人才培养质效,探索影响人才培养质量提升的内在因素,课题组对该校农学专业近12届毕业生进行了学习满意度的问卷调查。结果发现,尽管学生报考前对专业的了解程度较低,但毕业生对专业师资队伍、人才培养方案、专业课程、实验实习条件、实习实训安排、人才培养质量等方面均具有非常高的满意度;且随着时间的推移,各项指标的满意度均呈明显升高趋势;在课程体系中,毕业生满意度最高的是专业课,认为需要进一步加强的也是专业课。根据本次问卷调查形成的调研结果,课题组提出了优化农学专业人才培养体系的措施,包括加大专业招生宣传力度,创新专业知识和能力培养模式,强化实践育人效果和创建国际化人才培养机制等。The crop production in China gradually presented the characteristics of high-tech, large-scale and industrialization (three industrial features) since the beginning of the new century. Under this background,Yangzhou University has established the talent-cultivation system driven by these three industrial features and ability-oriented training. This system had effectively solved the problems of single knowledge structure,inadequate ability and narrow vision in cultivating agronomy undergraduates. In order to carry out undergraduate education-oriented strategy of the Ministry of Education,to summarize the experience of talent cultivation,to analyze the internal factors affecting the improvement of the talent training quality,and to improve the quality and efficiency of agronomy talent-cultivation,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the learning satisfaction of the 12-year graduates of agronomy major in Yangzhou University. The results show that the graduates are highly satisfied with the faculty, talent-cultivation program,professional courses,experimental and practical conditions,practice and training arrangements,and the quality of talent-cultivation,although they had a low understanding of the major before the entrance examination. In addition,the satisfaction degree of each index increased obviously with the development of time. In the curriculum system,graduates are most satisfied with the specialized courses,which are considered that further strengthening is needed. According to the results of this questionnaire survey,we provide some suggestions to optimize the training system of agronomy major,including strengthening the propaganda of major enrollment,improving the training system of specialized knowledge and innovation ability, strengthening the effect of practical education and creating international talent-cultivation mechanisms.
