摘　　要：为推动国家重大科研基础设施和大型科研仪器的开放共享,充分释放共享平台的服务潜能,提高设备使用效率,完善平台的服务评价内涵,本文从科研设备共享平台需求出发,研究科研型仪器共享平台设备和服务效益的评价框架构建,分析框架要素和进行构建初探和讨论。包括绩效量化指标、资源状态、设备信息公开化、满意度调研等关键因素和权重比例等。通过评价框架的构建,以提高平台服务质量,实现需求、服务和评价三者间的有效循环,更好地总结科研设备购置与管理的经验。从这些关键要素分析中,提取相关信息,明确平台特色和发展情况,挖掘深层发展目标和潜在服务能力,为今后加强科研设备的日常管理、提高科研设备的使用效益、未来发展策略提供依据。In order to promote the sharing,service potential and utilities efficiency of national major scientific research infrastructure and large-scale scientific research instruments. A reasonable service evaluation should be set up. Based on the demand of scientific research equipment sharing platform, this paper focuses on the evaluation framework construction,framework factors analysis,and carries out preliminary exploration and discussion on the construction,including performance indicators,resource status,equipment information disclosure,satisfaction survey and other key factors and their relative proportion. Through the construction of the evaluation framework,we try to improve the service platform quality, realize the effective circulation of demand, service and evaluation, and better summarize the experience of purchasing and management of scientific research equipment. From the analysis of these key elements,relevant information is extracted. From the information,the characteristics and development of the platform are clarified.An in-depth development goals and potential service capabilities are explored to provide a basis for strengthening the daily management of scientific research equipment,improving the use efficiency of scientific research equipment and future development strategies.
