摘　　要：高校思政课只有坚持主导性与主体性的辩证统一,才能真正成为提高大学生思想政治素养,建立健全完善人格,落实立德树人根本任务的灵魂课程。增强思政课教师理论魅力与人格魅力,发挥引航指路的主导作用,积极培养学生主体性意识、主动学习能力和自主创新精神,使其真正成为有理想、有本领、有担当的时代新人。Only byinsisting on the dialectical unity of dominance and subjectivity,the ideological and political course in colleges and universities can truly become the soul course,which can improve the ideological and political quality of college students,establish a sound and perfect personality,and implement the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people.Strengthen the theoretical and personality charm of ideological and political teachers,and play a leading role in guiding the way.Actively cultivate students'sense of subjectivity,active learning ability and independent innovation spirit,so that they truly become the ideal,capable and responsible people in the new era.
