摘　　要：2020年新年伊始,新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发。在这场没有硝烟的防控战役中,数万医务工作者争当“最美逆行者”,迅速响应国家号召,驰援武汉,成为了保卫人民健康的战士。在这场对我国医疗体系和能力的一次大考中,中国的医务人员提交了一份出色的答卷。然而,面对疫情时我们发现,现有医学教育存在一些问题。文章对医学教育的改革与现状提出了新的思考,并对培养模式的建立与实施提出了对策。The COVID-19 epidemic occurred at the beginning of 2020.Tens of thousands of medical workers strove to become"the most beautiful rebel"in the prevention and control of this smokeless war.They quickly responded to the call of the country and went to Wuhan to protect people's health.In this test of China's medical system and ability,Chinese medical workers have submitted excellent answer.However,facing the epidemic,we found that there are some probl-ems in the existing medical education.This paper proposes new thinking on the reform and cur-rent situation of medical education,and puts forward countermeasures on the establishment and implementation of training mode.
