摘  要:经历了早期教育技术、视听媒体技术到信息化教育技术的发展,现代教育技术被广泛应用在医学教育实践中,课堂教学呈现“教学环境智慧化、教学模式多样化和教学资源集成化”的特征;实践教学体现为基础医学实验教学设备信息化和临床技能训练平台与临床思维训练系统的开发与应用;教学评价上强化以“评价反馈、持续改进”为目标的信息化多维评价体系;教学管理上构建基于循证导向,集教学相关数据收集、分析、评价和反馈制度为一体的信息化管理体系。未来大数据、云计算、人工智能将赋予医学教育技术新的内涵,医学模拟教育的普及、教学资源库与云平台建设、智慧医学将成为发展趋势。Through development from traditional media to audio-visual media technology,and then to informationalized education technology,modern education technology has been widely applied into medical education practice,and classroom teaching has represented features of"in-telligent teaching environment,diversified teaching mode and integrated teaching resources".The application of informational basic medical experimental teaching equipment and clinical skill and thinking training system has turned up in the field of practice teaching.The goal of teaching eva-luation is to establish an information multi-dimensional evaluation system characterized by"eva-luation feedback and continuous improvement".Based on evidence-based guidance,information edu-cation management system integrates teaching related data collection,analysis,evaluation and fe-edback system.In the future,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence will give new content to medical education technology,while the popularization of medical simulative educat-ion,construction of teaching resource database and cloud platform as well as intelligent medicine will become the developing trend.
