摘  要:目的探讨DSA引导下肺动脉3D造影在肺血管临床教学中的应用效果。方法采用随机对照研究方法,将肺血管临床受教者随机分为两组,分别采取传统2D肺血管CT/CTA阅片(对照组)和DSA 3D造影阅读(实验组)教学,对两组的评分(分值)和开始阅片到完成诊断所用时间计时(min)进行比较,评价两种教学方法的效果。结果实验组考核分值明显较对照组高;开始阅片到完成诊断所用时间计时(min)明显较后者短,差异均具有统计学意义。结论DSA引导下的3D肺动脉造影阅片有望成为突破肺血管教学中“教”“学”两难困境的可供选择的、富有前景、值得推广的教学方法。Objective To investigate the application effect of DSA guided 3D pulmonary an-giography in pulmonary vascular clinical teaching.Methods A randomized controlled study was used to divide the trainees into two groups.Traditional 2D pulmonary vascular CT/CTA film rea-ding was adopted in the teaching of group 1(the control group),while DSA 3D angiography rea-ding was used in group 2(the experimental group).Scores of the tests and the time(minutes)fr-om reading films are collected to judge the teaching effects applied in two training groups.Resu-lts Scores of the experimental group was significantly higher than those of the control group.Ho-wever,the time of reading film to complete diagnosis was significantly shorter in the experimen-tal group than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant.Conclusion DSA guided 3D pulmonary angiography film reading is expected to be an alternative,promising and worth promoting teaching method to break through the dilemma of"teaching"and"learning"in pulmonary vascular teaching.
