摘  要:为利用表面能理论定量分析研究破碎砾石沥青混合料的水稳定性,采用蒸气吸附法测试破碎砾石样品在20℃条件下的表面能参数,采用插板法测试20℃、4种不同掺量(0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%)抗剥落剂沥青的表面能参数,进而计算了破碎砾石与不同掺量抗剥落剂沥青的结合能以及水稳定性的表面能评价指标。在此基础上进行了破碎砾石沥青混合料的水稳定性定量分析及排序,一方面从表面能角度研究了抗剥落剂对破碎砾石与沥青黏附性改善的微观机理,另一方面通过严格控制破碎砾石材料、级配、油石比等始终保持一致,进行了抗剥落剂掺量分别为0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%的破碎砾石沥青混合料马歇尔试验(包含浸水马歇尔试验、真空饱水马歇尔试验、冻融劈裂试验)验证。研究结果表明:(1)破碎砾石的表面能参数由极性碱分量主导;(2)抗剥落剂的掺加能够降低沥青的表面能,进而增加沥青对集料的润湿性;(3)掺加抗剥落剂对破碎砾石与沥青之间的黏附性改善主要体现为降低沥青自身的内聚能进而增加其对集料的润湿性,以及提高沥青的表面能酸分量进而增加其与集料的黏附结合能两个方面;(4)破碎砾石沥青混合料水稳定性的微观表面能评价指标与宏观性能试验指标的排序相同,由此论证了表面能体系用于破碎砾石沥青混合料水稳定性定量分析的准确性。In order to quantitatively analyze the water stability of crushed gravel asphalt mixture by using surface energy theory,the surface energy parameters of crushed gravel samples at 20℃are tested by vapor adsorption method,and the surface energy parameters of 4 anti-stripping agent asphalts with different dosages(0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%)at 20℃are tested by Wilhelmy plate method.Then the binding energy of crushed gravel and the anti-stripping agent asphalts with different dosages and the surface energy evaluation indicator of water stability are calculated.On this basis,the quantitative analysis and sequencing of water stability of crushed gravel asphalt mixtures are carried out.On one hand,the microscopic mechanism of improvement on adhesion between crushed gravel and asphalt is analyzed from the angle of surface energy.On the other hand,the Marshall tests(immersion Marshall test,vacuum saturation Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test)on the crushed gravel asphalt mixtures with anti-stripping agent content of 0%,0.2%,0.4%and 0.6%are carried out through strict control of the always consistency of crushed gravel material,gradation and asphalt-aggregate ratio.The result shows that(1)the surface energy parameters of crushed gravel are dominated by polar alkali component;(2)the addition of anti-stripping agent will reduce the surface energy of asphalt,thus increase the wettability of asphalt to aggregate;(3)the improvement of adhesion between crushed gravel and asphalt by adding anti-stripping agent is mainly reflected in 2 aspects:reducing the cohesive energy of asphalt itself and increasing its wettability to aggregate,and increasing the surface energy acid component of asphalt so as to increase its adhesion binding energy to aggregate;(4)the sequencing of the microscopic surface energy evaluation indicators is the same as that of the macroscopic performance test indicators of water stability of crushed gravel asphalt mixture,this demonstrated the accuracy of the surface energy system for quantitative analysis of the
