摘 要:抑郁症是以显著和持久的抑郁症状群为主要临床特征的一类心境障碍。肠道菌群在抑郁症的发生中扮演了重要角色。抑郁症患者的肠道菌群组成和健康人存在巨大差异,通过粪菌移植的手段可以将抑郁表型转移到啮齿动物身上。肠道菌群异常导致抑郁的机制非常复杂,目前认为微生物-肠-脑轴在肠道菌群和大脑的双向交流中发挥了重要作用。已发现一系列益生菌、益生元具有抗抑郁的特性,相关的微生物疗法有望成为未来治疗抑郁症等精神疾病的重要方法。Major depressive disorder(MDD)is a type of mood disorder characterized by a significant and persistent group of depressive symptoms.Gut microbiota may play a critical role in the pathogenesis of MDD.It has been found that the gut microbiota composition of MDD patients is significantly different from that of healthy controls,and depression phenotype can be transferred to rodents by fecal microbiota transplantation.Nevertheless,the mechanism of gut microbiota dysbiosis contributing to depression is complicated,and it is currently accepted that the microbiota-gut-brain axis is a crucial part.A set of probiotics and prebiotics have been found to have antidepressant properties,and related microbial therapies are expected to become an important method for treating depression and other mental diseases in the future.
