摘　　要：视频喉镜是临床麻醉工作中最常用的气管插管工具,具有材料特殊、精密、包含电子元件等特点,镜柄及电子屏幕不能使用热力灭菌,目前常规的消毒方式是采用碘酒或者乙醇擦拭,但消毒效果并不理想,依然存在交叉感染的风险。麻醉诱导前用食品保鲜膜包裹可视喉镜的镜柄和显示屏,可以有效减少和避免镜柄及屏幕的污染。Video laryngoscope is the most commonly used tool made with special materials for endotracheal intubation in clinical anesthesia,which is composed of precision electronic components.The lens handle and the digital screen cannot be sterilized by heat or even ethylene oxide.At present,the conventional disinfection method is wiping with iodine or ethanol,while the disinfection effect is not ideal,and there is a risk of cross infection of surgical patients.In view of this problem,this paper proposes to use food cling film isolation method before using anesthesia video laryngoscope which can provide new ideas and methods for preventing the contamination of the lens handle and the digital screen.
