高等教育资助的范式转变及实践路径探析

摘　　要：不同经济发展时期的社会文化前进方向影响着我国高等教育资助体系的演进,传统保障型资助范式在激发学生内生动力、培养人文素质、提升综合能力、工作路径实践和工作质量提升等方面存在局限性。经济发展新常态时期充实的经费投入、积极的政策引导、先进的技术支持,促进了高等教育资助范式的转变,通过树立以人为本的工作理念、打造务实多元的项目方式和引入科学合理的考核管理等实践路径探析,有助于发展型资助体系的建立完善,有助于精准脱贫目标的贯彻落实,有助于大国教育公平的达成实现。Social and cultural orientation in different periods of economic development affects the evolution of China’s higher education funding system.The traditional security funding paradigm has limitations in stimulating students’endogenous motivation,cultivating humanistic quality,improving comprehensive ability,work path and work quality.Substantial funding,positive policy guidance and advanced technical support promotes the shift in higher education funding paradigm.People-oriented work concept,practical and various projects and scientific and proper assessment management help improve the development-oriented aid system,implement targeted poverty alleviation goals and achieve education fairness.
