变应性鼻炎患者IL-4及IL-12含量测定及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨变应性鼻炎患者血清IL-4及IL-12水平及其临床意义;方法选择我院2018年6月至2020年6月在耳鼻喉科就诊的变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象共32例,同时选择同期入院的非变应性鼻炎患者30例作为对照组,同时采用ELISA法检测两组患者血清中IL-4和IL-12的水平,采用t检验比较两组患者血清中IL-4和IL-12水平差异;结果本研究中,共检测62例患者血清IL-4和IL-12的表达水平,其中与对照组患者相比,研究组患者血清IL-4水平显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时研究组患者中血清IL-12水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论变应性鼻炎患者血清中IL-4水平显著增加,同时IL-12水平显著降低,上述指标可能在变应性鼻炎的发病机制及治疗预后方面有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the serum IL-4 and IL-12 levels in patients with allergic rhinitis and their clinical significance;Methods The patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 in our hospital were selected as the study A total of 32 subjects were selected.At the same time,30 patients with non-allergic rhinitis admitted at the same time were selected as the control group.At the same time,the levels of IL-4 and IL-12 in the serum of the two groups of patients were detected by ELISA.Differences in IL-4 and IL-12 levels in the middle;Results In this study,a total of 62 patients were tested for serum IL-4 and IL-12 expression levels,of which compared with the control group patients,the serum IL-4 levels of the study group patients were significant The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).At the same time,the serum IL-12 level in the study group was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The level of IL-4 in the serum of patients with allergic rhinitis is significantly increased,while the level of IL-12 is significantly reduced.The above indicators may have certain clinical significance in the pathogenesis and prognosis of allergic rhinitis.
