摘 要:定量评价生态承载力及其动态变化,对经济发展与资源保护具有重要意义。论文基于DPSIR模型,筛选出28个指标,采用AHP法确定指标权重,构建了生态承载力综合评估指标体系,对锡林郭勒盟生态承载力水平进行动态评价。结果表明:2005-2015年,锡林郭勒盟生态承载力综合指数提高了16.54%。压力指数和状态指数呈平稳上升趋势,响应指数有小幅下降,驱动力指数和影响指数波动较大,经济发展与环境保护存在明显冲突,科技投入占GDP比重偏低。植被覆盖、水资源分布及工业生产差异导致各旗县生态承载力的不均衡;原煤产量、当年造林面积、围栏草场面积和湿地密度等加剧了各旗县生态承载力的不协调。基于此,最后提出了不同旗县提高生态承载力的针对性建议。Evaluating the value of ecological carrying capacity is an important indicator to measure the regional development status.Quantitative analysis of dynamic changes in ecological carrying capacity is of great significance to balance economic development and resource protection.Based on the DPSIR model,28 indicators were selected to build a quantitative system for evaluating the ecological carrying capacity of Xilingol League,in which the index weight was determined by AHP method.The results showed that the comprehensive index of ecological carrying capacity in Xilingol League increased by 16.54% from 2005 to 2015.The pressure index and the state index showed a steady upward trend,the response index decreased slightly,and the driving index and the impact index fluctuated greatly.The conflict between economic development and environmental protection was obvious,and the proportion of science and technology investment to GDP was relatively low.The imbalances in the ecological carrying capacity of each county were mainly caused by the differences of vegetation cover,water resources distribution and industrial production,and exacerbated by raw coal yield,afforestation area,fenced grassland area and wetland density.Based on this,specific suggestions for improving the ecological carrying capacity of different counties were proposed.
