摘　　要：地方本科院校是践行国家政策重要主体,是向区域经济社会发展提供人才驱动和科技支持的关键前沿。在产业转型升级的重要时期,探讨地方本科院校采取创新人才培养的策略,建立起“协同、集成”的机制,充分增强服务区域经济的能力与意识,让人才培养目标更好地适应区域经济发展需求,对加快地方本科院校教育教学改革,提升服务区域人力资本水平的具体实施策略进行探讨。As an important subject of implementing national policies,local undergraduate colleges and universities are the key frontier of providing talent driven and scientific and technological support for regional economic and social development.In the important period of industrial transformation and upgrading,this paper probes into the strategy of local undergraduate colleges and universities by taking innovative talent training,establishing a“collaborative,integrated”mechanism,strengthening the consciousness of service and the power of the regional economy adequately,making talents training target better to meet the needs of regional economic development,speeding up the local undergraduate colleges and universities education teaching reform,and enhancing the level of service of regional human capital of the concrete implementation strategies.
