摘　　要：目的探讨piwil2在口腔鳞状细胞癌患者中的表达及与手术治疗预后的相关性。方法选择2010年1月—2017年1月口腔鳞状细胞癌患者56例作为对象,所有患者均拟行手术治疗,术中留取病灶组织及癌旁组织(≥3 cm)。采用免疫组织化学法测定两种组织中piwil2蛋白阳性率。参考WHO实体瘤标准对患者手术预后进行评估,并完成3年随访,采用SPSS Pearson相关性分析软件对口腔鳞状癌患者piwil2蛋白阳性率与手术治疗预后生存期进行相关性分析。结果病灶组织中piwil2阳性率高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);组织免疫组化染色显示:病灶组织免疫组化下的呈棕黄色,而癌旁组织中表达水平较低或不表达;56例患者均完成手术治疗,患者中完全缓解(complete relief,CR)+部分缓解(Partial remission,PR)患者32例,占57.14%;术后对患者进3年随访,38例存活,3年生存率为67.86%。SPSS Pearson相关性分析结果表明:piwil2蛋白阳性率与患者预后呈负相关性(r=0.735,P=0.000)。结论piwil2在口腔鳞状细胞癌患者中呈高表达,给予手术治疗能获得较高近期疗效,能延长患者寿命,且与piwil2存在相关性,可指导临床治疗。Objective To explore the expression of piwil2 in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma and its correlation with the prognosis of surgical treatment.Methods 56 patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma from January 2010 to January 2017 were selected as subjects.All patients were planned to undergo surgery,and the lesion tissue and adjacent tissues(≥3 cm)were retained during the operation.Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the piwil2 protein positive rate in both tissues.The patients'prognosis was evaluated with reference to WHO solid tumor standards,and after 3 years of follow-up,SPSS Pearson correlation analysis software was used to analyze the correlation between the positive rate of piwil2 protein and the prognostic survival of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.Results The positive rate of piwil2 in the lesion tissue was higher than that in the adjacent tissue(P<0.05);tissue immunohistochemical staining showed that the lesion tissue was brownish yellow under immunohistochemistry,while the expression level in the adjacent tissue was low or not expressed;56 patients completed surgical treatment,of which 32 were complete relief(CR)+partial remission(PR),accounting for 57.14%;patients were followed up for 3 years after operation,38 patients survived,3 years The survival rate is 67.86%.The correlation analysis results of SPSS Pearson showed that:the positive rate of piwil2 protein was negatively correlated with the prognosis of patients(r=0.735,P=0.000).Conclusion piwil2 is highly expressed in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.Surgical treatment can achieve higher short-term effects,prolong lifespan of patients,and it is related to piwil2,which can guide clinical treatment.
