摘　　要：目的探究双源CT多模式成像在急性脑梗死中的临床应用价值。方法研究对象选取2019年1月—12月在我院收治急性脑梗死的60例患者,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。入组患者均行常规CT扫描及双源CT容积脑灌注成像,分析两者的诊断结果,同时对比患者梗死区和健侧镜像的脑血容量、脑血流量、排空时间及平均通过时间等指标。结果常规CT显示41例患者出现病灶区域,均为早期脑梗死表现,检出率为68.33%,主要表现为病灶区域脑组织密度降低,并且伴有临近的脑沟消失表现;双源CT容积脑灌注成像显示均存在异常灌注区,包括轻度降低8例,中度降低45例,重度降低7例;患者的梗死区的CBF、CBV和健侧对比显著减低,梗死区的TTD、MTT和健侧对比显著延长,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者进行双源CT多模式成像检查,可以准确显示缺血部位、缺血程度等,并且提高了临床诊断率,同时对急性脑梗死患者的临床治疗提供了必要的图像依据。Objective To explore the clinical value of dual-source CT multimodal imaging in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with acute cerebral infarction in the hospital were selected from January to December 2019.All patients were underwent conventional CT scans and dual-source CT volume cerebral perfusion imaging.The cerebral blood volume,cerebral blood flow,emptying time,and average passage time of the infarcted area and the contralateral side were compared.Results Conventional CT showed that 41 patients had focal areas,all of which were early cerebral infarction.The detection rate was 68.33%.The main manifestation was the reduction of brain tissue density in the focal area and the disappearance of the adjacent sulcus;dual-source CT volume cerebral perfusion Imaging showed abnormal perfusion areas,including 8 cases of mild reduction,45 cases of moderate reduction,and 7 cases of severe reduction;CBF,CBV and healthy side of the infarct area were significantly reduced,TTD,MTT and healthy side of the infarction area contrast was prolonged significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Double-source CT multi-modal imaging examination of patients with acute cerebral infarction can accurately display the ischemic location,ischemic degree,etc.,and improve the clinical diagnosis rate.At the same time,it provides the necessary image basis for the clinical treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
