摘 要:目的:比较不同传统武术训练对肥胖女大学生减脂的作用。方法:对黑河学院96名肥胖大一女生。采用24式太极拳、长拳、南拳训练进行干预,比较不同运动干预后受试者体重、BMI、体脂百分比(BF%)、体脂含量、去脂体重、胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)、胰岛素分泌指数(IS)及β细胞功能指数(HBCI)变化。结果:实验后,与实验前相比较,长拳和南拳组体重、BMI、BF%、体脂含量、IR等指标有明显降低(P<0.05);IAI、IS、HBCI等指标有明显增加(P<0.05)。对3组实验前后所测数据进行两两比较,24式太极拳组的体重、BMI、BF%、体脂含量、IR等指标高于长拳组,IAI、去脂体重、IS、HBCI等指标低于长拳组,差异显著(P<0.05);24式太极拳组体重、BMI、BF%、体脂含量、IR等指标高于南拳组,去脂体重、IAI、IS、HBCI等指标低于南拳组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);长拳组体重、BMI、BF%、体脂含量、IR等指标均高于南拳组,去脂体重、IAI、IS、HBCI等指标低于南拳组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:不同传统武术锻炼均可以有效改善肥胖女大学生肥胖程度,南拳练习最佳,其次为长拳练习,再次为24式太极拳练习,这可能与其改善胰岛素敏感性效应程度有关。Objective: To compare the effect of different traditional martial arts training on fat reduction of obese female college students. Methods: A cluster sampling survey was conducted among freshmen in a university in Heihe, and 96 effective subjects were selected. The obese female college students were intervened with 24-style TaiChi, Changquan, and Nanquan training. The body weight, BMI, body fat percentage(BF%), body fat content,fat-free weight, insulin sensitivity index(IAI), insulin resistance index(IR), insulin secretion index(IS), beta-cell function index(HBCI) and body fat content were compared after different exercise intervention. Result After the experiment, the indexes of body weight, BMI, BF, body fat content and IR in Changquan and Nanquan groups decreased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);IAI, IS, HBCI and other indicators increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The body weight, BMI, BF, body fat content and IR of 24-style TaiChi group were higher than those of the Changquan group, while fat-free weight,IAI, IS and HBCI were lower than those of Changquan group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The weight, BMI, BF, body fat content and IR of the 24-style TaiChi group were higher than those of the Nanquan group, while the weight, IAI, IS and HBCI of the 24-style TaiChi group were lower than those of Nanquan group(P<0.05). The indexes of body weight, BMI, BF, body fat content and IR in Changquan group were higher than those in Nanquan group, and the indexes of fat-free body weight, IAI, IS and HBCI were lower than those in Nanquan group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Different traditional Wushu exercises can effectively improve the obesity of obese female college students. Nanquan exercise is the best, followed by Changquan exercise and 24-style Taijiquan exercise. This may be related to the improvement of insulin sensitivity.
