摘　　要：运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法等,对2019年全国青少年游泳U系列比赛赛制改革后的比赛特征进行分析,以期为青少年游泳U系列比赛更好地开展提供参考。结果表明:全国青少年游泳U系列比赛在一定程度上缓解了青少年竞赛供给不足的矛盾,强化了运动员的基本技术,充分发挥了竞赛的杠杆作用。实现以赛促训、赛训结合,缓解学训矛盾,促进了青少年游泳的更好发展。By using the methods of literature review, video analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the competition characteristics of the National Junior Swimming U Series competition after the reform of the competition system in 2019, in order to provide reference for the better development of the Junior Swimming U series competition. The results show that: The National Junior Swimming U series competition alleviates the contradiction of insufficient supply of junior competition to some extent, strengthens the basic skills of athletes,gives full play to the leverage of competition, realizes "promoting training with competition and combining competition with training", alleviates the contradiction of learning and training, and promotes the better development of junior swimming.
