摘　　要：基于智能卡的物理特点以及应用领域,从电性能相关、机械类相关、化学类相关以及辐射相关等四方面,分析目前智能卡常做的卡片级可靠性测试项目。阐述这四类可靠性测试可能会导致的失效模式。Based on the physical characteristics and application fields of smart cards,this paper analyzes the card level reliability test items commonly used in smart cards from four aspects:electrical performance related,mechanical related,chemical related and radiation related.It describes the failure modes that may be caused by these four types of reliability tests.
