摘 要:膜泡折径控制是吹膜机控制系统中的关键控制点,随着整个吹膜工艺的不断提升进步,客户对膜泡成型时间规格转换时间以及控制精度的要求越来越高,对这个过程控制的算法提出了更高的要求。在整个膜泡的成型过程中,影响膜泡成型时间及规格转换时间的因素有,外风环风量,进风系统与排风系统的平衡关系,熔体强度,传感器精度等。整个成型的算法必须对以上因素进行克服和平衡,才能确保整个成型过程的快速性以及成型后的控制精度,抑制进排风变化过程中膜泡内压变化对整个膜泡所产生的影响,是这个系统算法的重点和难点。The layflat width control system is the key control point in the control system of the film blowing machine.With the continuous improvement and progress of the whole blowing process,customers have higher and higher requirements on the film forming time,specification conversion time and control accuracy,and put forward higher requirements for the process control algorithm.In the whole film forming process,the factors affecting the film forming time and specification conversion time include the air volume of the outer air ring are the balance between the air inlet system and the exhaust system,the melt strength,and the accuracy of the sensor.The whole forming algorithm must overcome and balance the above factors,in order to ensure the rapidity of the whole molding process and the control precision after molding.And it is the key and difficult point of this system to suppress the influence of film internal pressure variation on the whole film during the change of inlet and exhaust air.
