摘 要:铁路隧道衬砌结构在运营期间的高水压致裂问题日益突出.本文依托新圆梁山隧道工程,采用数值分析方法研究了三种隧道衬砌断面在全环均匀水压力下的内力分布特征.结果 表明:普通衬砌(a型)、蛋形衬砌(b型)的轴力和弯矩分布相似,拱顶、拱腰和拱脚为这两类衬砌的受力最不利位置;圆形衬砌(c型)的拱顶和拱腰为受力最不利位置.不同的衬砌结构形式下,衬砌轴力值和弯矩值与水压力均呈线性关系.不同衬砌断面形式下轴力相差不大,采用蛋型衬砌能小幅度降低衬砌所受弯矩,而圆形衬砌则能显著降低衬砌所受弯矩.研究成果可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考.The problem of high water pressure cracking of railway tunnel lining structure is becoming more and more serious.Based on the new Yuanliangshan tunnel project,the internal force distribution characteristics of three kinds of tunnel lining sections under the uniform water pressure of the whole ring were studied by numerical analysis method in this paper.The results show that the distribution of axial force and bending moment of ordinary lining(type a)and egg-shaped lining(type b)is similar,the arch crown,arch waist and arch foot are the most unfavorable positions of these two linings,the arch crown and arch waist of circular lining(type c)are the most unfavorable positions of the lining.Under different types of lining structure,the values of axial force and bending moment of lining have linear relationship with water pressure.The difference of axial force is not obvious under different lining section forms.The egg-shaped lining can reduce the bending moment of the lining slightly,while the circular lining can significantly reduce the bending moment of the lining.The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
