摘 要:目的分析研究环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、人乳头瘤病毒16型E6蛋白(HPV16-E6)在宫颈癌组织中的表达与病理特征间的关系。方法选取2017年11月~2019年11月46例初诊宫颈癌患者和46例因妇科良性疾病手术或门诊治疗的患者作为研究对象,采用S-P法对COX-2、HPV16-E6蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达进行检测,采用阳性细胞百分比和染色强弱对指标进行评分。结果病理参数中年龄、病理类型、组织学分级、临床分期和肿瘤直径的COX-2阳性表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),肌层浸润深度、宫旁或脉管浸润、淋巴结是否转移的COX-2阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病理参数中组织学分级、临床分期、淋巴结是否转移、肿瘤直径和肌层浸润深度的HPV16-E6蛋白阳性表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而年龄、病理类型、宫旁或脉管浸润高度的HPV16-E6蛋白阳性表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);COX-2与HPV16-E6蛋白在宫颈癌组织中表达呈显著正相关关系,在宫颈慢性炎症组织中表达呈显著正相关关系。结论COX-2与HPV16-E6蛋白在宫颈癌侵袭、转移过程中可发挥协同作用。Objective To analyze and study the relationships between the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)and human papillomavirus type 16 E6 protein(HPV16-E6)in cervical cancer tissues and their pathological characteristics.Methods From November 2017 to November 2019,46 patients with newly diagnosed cervical cancer and 46 patients undergoing surgery or outpatient treatment for benign gynecological diseases were selected as the study subjects.The positive expressions of COX-2 and HPV16-E6 proteins in cervical cancer tissues were detected by the S-P method,and the indices were scored using the percentage of positive cells and the intensity of staining.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the positive expression of COX-2 in age,pathological type,histological grade,clinical stage and tumor diameter in pathological parameters(P>0.05),the difference between the positive expression of COX-2 and the depth of muscular invasion,parauterine or vascular invasion,and lymph node metastasis were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive expression of HPV16-E6 protein in histological grade,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,tumor diameter,and muscular infiltration depth(P>0.05).The difference in the positive expression of HPV16-E6 protein of age,pathological type,parauterine or vascular infiltration height was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between the expressions of COX-2 and HPV16-E6 proteins in cervical cancer tissues,and there was a significant positive correlation in cervical inflammatory tissues.Conclusion COX-2 and HPV16-E6 proteins can play a synergistic role in the invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
