摘　　要：目前《中药学》教材中认为白芍的功效为养血调经,敛阴止汗,柔肝止痛,平抑肝阳,但是这种说法与传统的尤其是唐宋以前的本草学专著存在一定出入,同时与临床方剂使用之间也存在一定的矛盾之处,其合理性值得商榷。故根据历史上著名的本草学专著以及著名医家的观点特将芍药的分类、性味、功效进行梳理,以还原白芍的真实功效。At present,the textbook of traditional Chinese pharmacology believes that the effect of debark peony root is nourishing blood for regulating menstruation,astringing yin to arrest sweating,nourish the liver to relieve pain,suppressing hyperactivity of liver-yang.However,this kind of statement has certain differences with the traditional monographs of the herbal sciences before the Tang and Song Dynasties.At the same time,there are also some contradictions between the use of clinical prescriptions and clinical prescriptions.Its rationality is debatable.Therefore,we sorted out the classification,taste and efficacy of debark peony root according to the history of the famous herbal monographs and the views of famous doctors to restore the true effect of debark peony root.
