摘　　要：甘肃省中小企业为全省经济发展的重要生力军,但“融资难”问题已经成了制约中小企业长足发展的最大问题,因此亟待解决融资难问题。文章基于甘肃省中小企业融资现状及现有融资模式,分析其融资困境及内外致因,提出应根据不同发展时期选择适合于自身的融资方式,加快构建全省金融资金支持和服务体系,建立健全中小企业投融资风险机制,以提升中小企业发展质量及其发展规模。At present,Gansu Province is constructing a support and guarantee system suitable for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the whole province from the aspects of"business environment,financial and tax support,financing service,operating cost,cultivation strength,talent support",etc.And by analyzing the financing mode of small and medium-sized enterprises in the whole province,puts forward that the financing mode suitable for itself should be selected according to different development periods to accelerate the construction of financial fund support in the whole province And service system,establish and improve the risk mechanism of investment and financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,so as to improve the development quality and scale of small and medium-sized enterprises.
