摘　　要：为做好新型冠状病毒肺炎数据共享、业务协同和互联互通等的基础性工作,研究制订了《新型冠状病毒肺炎基本数据集》,介绍了这一团体标准的起草过程、研究方法、基本架构及主要内容.阐述了主要内容包括了标准架构、标准内容和个标准之间的关联关系.旨在促进全面掌握、准确理解并贯彻实施本标准内容,更好地发挥信息标准在卫生信息处理中的基础性、指导性作用,为下一轮标准本标准的修订与完善奠定了基础.The development of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) basic dataset standards is fundamental to the realization of COVID-19 data sharing,business collaboration and connectivity.This paper mainly introduces the drafting process,research methods,standard framework,and contents of the COVID-19 basic dataset.It aims to promote the comprehensive and accurate understanding of the content of this standard,and play its role in guiding the implementation of the standard.
