介入术与单纯药物治疗缺血性脑血管病效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较介入术与单纯药物治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床效果。方法选取2019年1-5月深圳恒生医院神经内科收治的缺血性脑血管病患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各60例。试验组采用介入术治疗,对照组采用常规药物治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后血流动力学及不良反应发生情况。结果2组患者总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原及红细胞压积均低于治疗前及对照组(P<0.05),对照组患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原及红细胞压积与治疗前比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组患者不良反应发生率为6.67%(4/60),低于对照组的20.00%(12/60)(P<0.05)。结论介入术治疗缺血性脑血管病效果较好,能有效改善患者的脑血管状态,较单纯药物治疗更安全有效,值得推广。Objective To compare the clinical effects of interventional technique and simple drug therapy in the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods 120 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease admitted to the Department of Neurology,Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital from January to May in 2019 were selected,random number table method was used to divide into test group and control group,each of 60 cases.The test group was treated with interventional therapy,and the control group was treated with conventional drugs.The clinical efficacy,hemodynamics before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in total effective rate between the 2 groups(P>0.05);After treatment,the blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit of patients in the test group were lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,fibrinogen and hematocrit in control group before and after treatment(P>0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the test group was 6.67%(4/60),lower than 20.00%(12/60)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of interventional technique in the treatment of tube disease is remarkable,which can effectively improve the cerebrovascular status of patients,and is more safe and efficient than drug therapy alone,and it is worth popularizing.
