Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic effect of FH stability of uterine epithelial cells on cervical cancer. Methods:From January 2018 to October 2019,240 women who were screened for cervical cancer were enrolled, there were 120 confirmed cases of cervical cancer who diagnosed by pathology and another 120 cases had cervical benign lesions or no abnormalities. All cases performed uterine epithelial cell stability FH and TCT tests to compare the sensitivity, specificity and diagnostic accuracy of the two methods for detecting cervical cancer and benign lesions of cervical cancer. Results:As pathological diagnosis was the gold standard, the diagnostic accuracy of uterine epithelial cell stability FH test was higher than TCT test, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity of uterine epithelial cell stability FH test was higher than TCT test, but the specificity is lower than TCT test, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The stability FH test of uterine epithelial cells has high accuracy and sensitivity in the diagnosis of cervical cancer and benign cervical lesions, compared with TCT test, the accuracy and sensitivity are higher and the cost of the test is lower.
