摘　　要：探讨意义疗法在晚期癌症患者安宁疗护实践中的应用进展,对我国安宁疗护事业发展提出建议。意义疗法作为一种新兴的心理干预方法,它将寻找意义的过程概念化为一个创造性的、独立的、积极的过程,通过群体或个体干预的形式帮助生理心理遭受巨大创伤,生命意义感及生活质量受到严重威胁的晚期肿瘤患者寻找、发现生命的意义并最大限度地利用剩余生命时间,这在我国医院或社区安宁疗护模式中非常具有实践价值,同时对我国安宁疗护事业的后续发展也具有指导意义。This paper aims to discuss the application of logotherapy in palliative care of patients with advanced cancer and puts forward suggestions for the development of palliative care in China.Logotherapy can make the process of meaning searching be creative,independent,active.It helps patients with advanced cancer find the meaning of life and make the most of the remaining time with group or individual interventions,saving them from physical and mental trauma,powerless life,and low life quality.It is of great practical value in hospital or community palliative care,and has guiding significance for the follow-up development of palliative care in China.
