摘　　要：对国内外动物辅助干预的应用与研究现状进行了回顾和总结。欧美、日韩等国家和我国香港、台湾地区已经建立了多学科行业交叉的专门组织,形成了较为全面的临床应用和研究体系。目前我国大陆地区此领域研究仍处于起步阶段,因定义和定位不清、指导规范不全等原因难以开展相关临床实践和研究工作。建议可以通过满足组织制度保障、理论技术保障和物质资源保障三个条件,经历可行性研究、成立专门组织并编订指南、试点运行、发展推广四个过程建立我国动物辅助干预规范模式。This study reviewed and summarized the application and research status of animal assisted intervention at home and abroad.Advanced countries and regions like Hong Kong and Taiwan in China have established specialized interdisciplinary organizations and developed a comprehensive clinical application and research system.The research in China's Mainland is still in its infancy,and it is difficult to carry out relevant clinical practice and research work due to the unclear definition and positioning,rough guidelines,to name only a few.This study suggests that we can establish the standard model of animal assisted intervention in China by meeting three conditions:organizational system guarantee,theoretical and technical support and material resource guarantee.Four steps are suggested:feasibility study,organization entity establishment and guideline compilation,pilot operation,development and promotion.
