摘　　要：在中医学领域内,阴阳平衡和气机运行是人体生理病理基础.结合现代医学,人体内的阴阳可以分别定义为人体内的能量代谢过程和干细胞分裂分化过程,二者间的相互作用推动人体内能量转化,即人体内的气机运行.人体内的干细胞分裂分化过程是人体阴分形成的生理基础,这一过程需要能量物质作为物质基础,即能量物质进入人体后以脂肪、多糖、蛋白质等形式进行储备,为干细胞分裂分化过程提供物质基础,推动干细胞通过分裂分化生成体细胞,实现组织器管内细胞更新,维持组织器官结构稳定.能量物质被人体吸收后在人体内存储的生理过程就是太阴经的生理学基础.这一过程出现异常后就形成太阴病,并成为太阴病提纲证的病理生理基础.太阴病的主要治疗原则在于行气化湿,芳香温化.In TCM, the interactions of yin and yang(阴阳) and motion of qi provide motility for our body to keep health or get diseases. At present, yang can be defined as energy metabolism in body and yin can be defined as stem cell proliferation and differentiation(SCPD). The interactions of energy metabolism and SCPD support the energy conversions in our body, which can be seen as motions of qi in our body. SCPD is physiology of yin and the energy agents are the substrates in this process. After entering our body, energy agents will be stored as fat, polysaccharides and proteins and facilitate SCPD to produce all profile of progenies so as to update the dead cells in tissues and organs and maintain the functional and structural stability of these tissues and organs. Absorption and storage of energy agents are the physiology of taiyin meridian(太阴经) and abnormalities of these processes are the pathology of taiyin diseases(太阴病) which can be summarized in abstractive syndromes.
