摘　　要：目的了解男性护士对HPV疫苗接种和推荐意愿的相关情况,为更好地推广HPV疫苗提供科学依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法,对陕西省内的男性护士进行匿名自填问卷调查,使用logistic回归模型分析男性护士对HPV疫苗接种和推荐意愿的影响因素。结果回收有效问卷102份,愿意接种HPV疫苗的男性护士为9.80%(10/102),不愿意的主要原因是认为只有女性需要接种,男性不需要(男性无患病风险),占96.74%(89/92),年龄较小(OR=1.71)是促进自身接种HPV疫苗的因素。愿意推荐接种HPV疫苗的男性护士为85.29%(87/102),未婚(OR=2.19)、学历本科及以上(OR=3.23)和在外科工作(OR=3.07)是促进推荐接种HPV疫苗的因素。结论男性护士对HPV疫苗的接种意愿较低,年龄为21~25岁可促进其接种意愿。男性护士推荐接种的意愿较高,未婚、具有本科及以上学历和在外科工作可提高HPV疫苗推荐接种意愿。应通过微信、微博、网站等自媒体和大众媒介加大对男性群体的HPV及其疫苗的健康教育力度。Objective To understand the willingness and influencing factors of male nurses to HPV vaccination.Methods An anonymous self-filled questionnaire survey was conducted in male nurses in Shaanxi province of China using a convenient sampling method.Logistic regression models were used to analyze the willingness and influencing factors of male nurses to HPV vaccination.Results A total of 102valid questionnaires were recovered.The number of male nurses willing to be vaccinated with HPV was 9.80%(10/102).The main reason for the reluctance was that they thought only women are needed to be vaccinated while it is not necessary for men because they considered that men had no risk of contracting HPV,accounting for 96.74%(89/92).Younger age(OR=1.71)was a positive factor for self-vaccination of HPV vaccine.85.29%(87/102)of male nurses were willing to get vaccinated with recommendations.Unmarried(OR=2.19),undergraduate degree and above(OR=3.23),and working in surgery(OR=3.07)were the factors that promoted the recommended vaccination.Conclusions The willingness to be vaccinated of HPV vaccine among male nurses is low.Male nurses aged 21to 25may promote the willingness to get vaccinated.Male nurses are more willing to recommend vaccination for unmarried,with a bachelor′s degree or above,and working in surgery.
