摘　　要：在信息技术飞速发展的背景下,航海类高职院校发展受到个人、学校、社会等因素影响,也面临着一些新的挑战。应该从树立科学的专业发展观、校本教师信息化体系建设、行动研究、创客教学、网络教研等方面,提升高职教师专业发展水平。As information technology progresses rapidly,the development of maritime vocational colleges is influenced by factors of individual,school and society.There are also challenges emerging at the same time.Therefore,the professional development of college teachers needs to be improved in the following aspects,such as creating a view of scientific professional development,building an information-oriented system of school-based teachers,study on actions,teaching with innovative theories as well as teaching and research through the Internet link.
