以顽固性低钠血症为首发表现的Addison病一例报告及诊断思路分析

摘　　要：Addison病是一类因肾上腺皮质功能减退,激素分泌相对不足引起的一系列临床综合征。该病因激素不足而表现出不同的临床症状,使得临床诊断充满挑战。本文通过报道1例以顽固性低钠血症为首发表现的Addison病,分析并总结了以低钠血症为首发症状的疾病的诊断思路,通过层层剖析,最终找到病因并确诊,为临床医生正确诊断该病提供参考。Addison's disease is a disorder in which the adrenal glands fail to produce the required amount of adrenaline due to hypofunction.Patients with Addison's disease may present an enormous variety of clinical symptoms due to different degrees of adrenal hormone deficiency,bringing challenges to clinical diagnosis.We reported a case of Addison's disease with refractory hyponatremia as the first manifestation,in which the procedure leading to the final diagnosis was analyzed in detail,providing a reference for clinical correct diagnosis of the disease.
