摘 要:本研究以6种食用植物油中11-15烷酸含量为检测对象,方法选用正己烷和甲醇钠溶液作为甲酯化试剂,并探究了甲酯化最佳条件:60mg油样、4mL正己烷、0.2mL甲醇钠溶液,气相色谱最佳程序升温:175℃。结果发现,植物油与地沟油的12、14和15烷酸含量存在明显差异,故可通过此法对未知油品的特征性烷酸含量进行测定,从而作为鉴别地沟油的快速粗筛选方法。In this study,the content of 11-15 alkanoic acid in six kinds of edible vegetable oil was determined.N-hexane and sodium methoxide solution were selected as the methylating reagent.The optimum conditions of methylating were stud⁃ied:60mg oil sample,4ml n-hexane,0.2ml sodium methoxide solution.The optimum temperature program of gas chroma⁃tography was 175℃.The results showed that there was a significant difference between vegetable oil and gutter oil in 12,14 and 15alkanoic acid.Therefore,this method can be used to determine the characteristic alkanoic acid of unknown oil prod⁃ucts,which can be used as a rapid screening method for identifying gutter oil.
