摘　　要：体质是人体的个性化特征,它与个体的健康和疾病密切相关,明确体质类型对于疾病的预防、诊治和调养都具有重要意义。《黄帝内经》作为中医体质理论的源头,是国内第一本对体质类型和分类方法做出系统分析的书籍,它以“天人相应”“形神合一”为指导思想,以阴阳学说、五行学说为方法论,以脏腑理论、气血理论为基础,对体质从多角度进行了分类。本文将《黄帝内经》中的体质分类方法进行总结、解析和评价,以期为现代中医体质分类研究提供启示。Physique is the personalization characteristic of the human body.It is closely related to the health and disease of the individual.It is of great significance for prevention,diagnosis and treatment of the disease to make clear the constitution type.As the source of TCM constitution,Inner Caner of Huangdi is the first book to systematically analyze the types and classification methods of Physique in China.It takes the“nature and human correspondence”and“unity of from body and shen”as the guiding ideology.Based on the theory of Yinyang and the five elements theory,based on Zangfu theory and Qi,blood theory,physique has been classified from many angles.This article summarizes,analyzes and evaluates the classification methods of constitution in Inner Caner of Huangdi,with a view to provide inspiration for the study of modern Chinese medicine constitution classification.
