摘　　要：血尿为儿科临床常见症状,可见于多种疾病中,严重者可累及肾脏。中医认为血尿本质病因以热为主,病程中又常夹湿、瘀、虚等兼证或变证。气味配伍理论经历史发展较为成熟,是中医临床用药的基础。该理论是运用药物的气味偏性来调节阴阳五行,达到恢复脏腑平衡的目的,可从根本上辨治儿童血尿。笔者根据气味配伍理论归纳出苦寒甘淡清下焦、苦寒甘酸降虚火、苦辛甘酸固脾肾、辛苦甘润通血络4个主要治法,以辨治临床常见的血尿证型,为临床治疗提供新的思路。Hematuria is a common clinical symptom in pediatrics.It can be seen in many kinds of diseases.The kidney can be involved in severe cases.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the essential cause of hematuria is mainly heat.In the course of the disease,there are often damp,blood stasis,deficiency and so on.The theory of odor compatibility is mature in history,and it is the basis of traditional Chinese medicine.The theory is to use the odor bias of drugs to regulate the five elements of Yin and Yang,so as to restore the balance of viscera,and fundamentally treat children's hematuria.According to the theory of odor compatibility,the author summed up four main treatment methods:in order to treat the common clinical blood and urine syndrome types,and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
