摘  要:为研究饲粮中添加苹果渣对伊拉肉兔盲肠微生物多样性的影响,选取32日龄断奶肉兔100只,按照体重和性别,随机分为5组,每组20只兔。各组分别饲喂含0、6%、12%、18%和24%苹果渣的饲粮。试验期为30 d。饲养试验结束后,采用高通量测序技术对盲肠微生物多样性进行分析。结果表明:与对照组相比,添加苹果渣对门、科水平上菌群相对丰度影响不显著(P>0.05);在属水平上,与对照组相比,试验Ⅱ组、Ⅳ组UCG-010属的比例极显著增加(P<0.01);厚壁菌门一种未定义菌属的比例显著高于对照组及其他试验组(P<0.05),添加苹果渣对其他菌属相对丰度没有显著影响(P>0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加苹果渣可以改变生长肉兔盲肠微生物的丰度和多样性。In order to study the effect of diet supplemented with apple pomace on caecal microbial di⁃versity of meat rabbits.One hundred healthy weanling rabbits at age of 32 days were randomly divided into 5 groups with 20 replicates in each group.Rabbits in the 5 groups were fed experimental diets which contained 0(control),6%(groupⅠ),12%(groupⅡ),18%(groupⅢ)and 24%(groupⅣ)ap⁃ple pomace,respectively.The experimental period was 30 days.After the feeding experiment,the biolog⁃ical information of 16S rDNA V4 region of caecal microflora in experimental rabbits were evaluated us⁃ing Illumina HiSeq sequencing technology.The experiment results showed that:compared with the con⁃trol group,there was no significant difference in the relative abundances of main dominant bacteria at phylum level and family level(P>0.05).At genus level,the proportion of Ruminococcaceae UCG-010 in groupⅡ,Ⅳwas extremely significanty increased compared with the control group(P<0.01);the pro⁃portion of an uncultured genus in Firmicutes was significantly higher than control group and other ex⁃perimental groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the relative abundances of other genus(P>0.05).In conclusion,the diet supplemented with apple pomace can change the caecal microflora richness and diversity of growing meat rabbits.
