摘　　要：职工安全素质的高低直接关系到企业的安全发展和稳定,是企业生存的基础。加强职工安全素质的教育,尽快使其达到技能要求是企业目前急需解决的核心问题。阐述职工素质教育的现状和培训教育的重要性,提出提高职工安全素质的方法,分析培训方式的创新与运用。The safety quality of employees is directly related to the safety development and stability of enterprises, and is the basis for the survival of enterprises. To strengthen the education of safety quality of employees and make them meet the skill requirements as soon as possible is the core problem to be solved urgently. This paper expounds the present situation of quality education for employees and the importance of training education, puts forward the methods to improve the safety quality of employees, and analyzes the innovation and application of training methods.
