摘 要:以郑州大学土木工程学院交通工程系为例,提出自主学习、因材施教、多维协同的教学模式;增设创新课程培养学生的创新思维和创新意识;从交通工程专业角度阐释了辩证思维、聚合思维、发散思维、逆向思维4种创新思维及其训练方法。As the old transportation facilities cannot keep up with the rapid development of transportation technology,the traffic conflict is becoming more and more serious.The application-oriented talents with strong practical ability can solve the traffic problems more innovatively and efficiently,the demand for such talents is also growing.However,the current teaching mode and curriculum structure are not conducive to the formation of the situation of students'innovation.This paper takes the department of traffic engineering,school of civil engineering,Zhengzhou University as an example,puts forward the teaching mode of independent learning,individualized teaching,multi-dimensional coordination and the addition of innovative courses to cultivate students'innovative thinking and consciousness,and explains four innovative thinking and training methods including dialectical thinking,convergent thinking,divergent thinking,reverse thinking from the angle of traffic engineering specialty.
