外出务工经历、风险承受能力对农民创业绩效的影响研究——基于DEA-Tobit模型的实证分析

摘　　要：基于中国家庭住户收入调查(CHIP)的农村住户数据,运用DEA-Tobit模型对1954个创业农民样本进行实证分析,研究外出务工经历、风险承受能力对农民创业绩效的影响。结果表明:外出务工经历对农民创业绩效具有显著正向影响,家庭财富与创业绩效关系显著。从东、中、西部不同地区来看,外出务工经历对3个地区农民的创业绩效均产生正向影响,且东部地区外出务工经历对农民创业绩效影响程度最大。风险承受能力对不同地区农民的创业绩效均产生正向影响,且西部地区风险承受能力对农民的创业绩效影响程度最大。针对不同地区的特点,提出创业促进政策建议。Under the rural revitalization strategy,it is of great significance for study of farmers’entrepreneurial performance.Based on 1954 entrepreneurial farmers’samples of the rural household income survey(CHIP),the DEA-Tobit model was used to empirically analyze the impact of working experience outside of hometown and risk attitude on farmers’entrepreneurial performance.The results show that the migrant working experience has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of farmers.There is a significant relationship between family wealth and entrepreneurial performance.In different regions,the impact of working experience outside of hometown has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of farmers in different regions,while the eastern region has the greatest impact.Risk tolerance has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of farmers in different regions,while the western region has the greatest impact.Therefore,it is necessary to launch a practical policy of promoting farmers’entrepreneurial performance according to the characteristics of different regions.
