摘 要:提出一种基于TRIZ矛盾理论的用于改进技术系统的PAMSZ法,对技术系统存在的问题进行全面因素分析,包括P过程、对问题转化为通用工程参数的A过程、建立矛盾矩阵优选发明原理的M过程、运用发明原理获得解决方案的S过程以及综合解决方案评价的Z过程。该方法定义了创新原理有效性的概念及其计算方法,基于创新原理有效性,提出一种创新原理优选原则,利用PAMSZ法分析危化品储存过程中的安全问题并分类,确定相关通用工程参数及矛盾矩阵,利用优选的创新原理获得几种通用的危化品储存问题解决方案,同时考虑危化品存储的管理矛盾,提出一种多层次、人机交互的智能危化品存储解决方案。研究结果表明,该方法分析过程简洁清晰,易于TRIZ理论初学者和工业企业创新人员使用,特别适于解决流程工业制造系统的矛盾。An application method named PAMSZ is presented on the base of TRIZ contradiction matrix in the paper,which includes five processes,that is,P process of the problem analyzation,A process of the general engineering parameter definition,M process of the establishment of contradiction matrix and the innovative principles selection,S process of the definition of the optional solutions and Z process of the normalization of the overall evaluations for the technical system.The efficiency of the principles used in the contradiction matrix is defined to calculate the effectiveness of the principles,which is sorted in descending order,and based on which the rule of the priority of the principle is presented.The PAMSZ method is applied to find a safe solution for the storage of the hazardous chemicals,in which four types of problems P1 to P4 are firstly summarized and classified as management contradiction and technical contradictions,then the relative general engineering parameters are defined and the contradiction matrix is established,and the efficiency of the principles is calculated and the principles are selected on the rule of the priority,on which several solutions are obtained to improve the storage of the hazardous chemicals.A multi-layer and human-computer interface and intelligent solution is presented combined these solutions with the management contradictions.The results show the method is easy and efficient for the beginners of TRIZ learning and innovators in the factories,and is especially suitable to solve the contradiction of the technical system of the process industries.
