摘　　要：目的将恒温扩增HPV检测技术(Isotncga)用于子宫颈癌中,对其筛查作用进行分析。方法选取2017年6月—2018年7月进行宫颈癌筛查1000名女性进行研究,所有患者均行Isotncga检测,将病理检测结果作为金标准,分析其对宫颈癌的筛查作用。结果该组1000名行宫颈癌筛查的女性,HPV DNA检测出危险患者251名,检出率为25.10%;30~39岁、40~49岁、50~59岁、>60岁各年龄段HPV阳性率分别为26.92%、40.75%、25.87%、5.37%,其中40~49岁HPV阳性率最高,与其他各年龄段相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);HPV检测技术检出慢性宫颈炎102例、CINⅠ52例、CINⅡ41例、CINⅢ29例、SCC27例,与病理检查结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论恒温扩增HPV检测技术在子宫颈癌中筛查作用理想,具有较高阳性率。Objective To use constant temperature amplified HPV detection technology(Isotncga)in cervical cancer to analyze its screening effect.Methods From June 2017 to July 2018,1000 women were screened for cervical cancer screening.All patients underwent Isotncga test,and the pathological test results were used as the gold standard to analyze their screening effect on cervical cancer.Results In this group of 1000 women undergoing cervical cancer screening,251 HPV DNA detected dangerous patients,the detection rate was 25.10%;30-39 years old,40-49 years old,50-59 years old,>60 years old,the positive rates of HPV were26.92%,40.75%,25.87%,and 5.37%,of which the highest rates of HPV were at the age of 40-49 years,which was statistically significantly different from other age groups(P<0.05);HPV detection technology detected chronic There were 102 cases of cervicitis,52 cases of CINⅠ,41 cases of CINⅡ,29 cases of CINⅢ,and 27 cases of SCC.Compared with the results of pathological examination,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The constant temperature amplified HPV detection technology is ideal for cervical cancer screening and has a high positive rate.
