摘 要:全机疲劳试验运行系统较为复杂,在日常运行中,通过观察很难发现影响试验加载速度的关键加载点,因此不能有针对性地去处理、分析这些影响试验运行速率的关键加载点。针对以上问题进行了相关研究,通过分析全机疲劳试验协调加载控制系统以及相关子系统的故障特性,收集并处理该系统及子系统的历史故障信息,确定其概率分布及影响因子,进而对关键加载点进行优化处理,提升全机疲劳试验运行速度。The whole machine fatigue test operating system is relatively complicated.It is difficult to find the key loading points that affect the test loading speed through observation in daily operation.Therefore,it is impossible to deal with and analyze the key loading points that cause the test running rate in a targeted manner.Relevant research is done on the above issues,and the failure characteristics of the coordinated loading control system and related subsystems of the whole machine fatigue test are analyzed.The historical failure information of the system and subsystems is collected and processed to determine its probability distribution and influencing factors.The key loading points are optimized to improve the speed of the whole machine fatigue test.
