摘 要:乡村教师是办好乡村教育的主体力量。当前,城乡社会发展的二元分化、多元教育观念的价值冲突、乡村教育场域的利益博弈等使乡村教师陷入职业角色困惑,具体表现为专业实践中的职业价值失落、职业担当中的角色边界泛化、职业期待中的主体需要落差。消解乡村教师职业角色困惑,使乡村教师能够扎根乡村教育实践,坚守为党育人初心,承担为国育才使命,迫切需要采取以下措施:尊重城乡教育差异,优先配置乡村教育资源;精准帮扶解决乡村教育难题,强化乡村教师综合保障;进一步让乡村教师职业角色内涵由价值异化回归教育本质,让乡村教师职业角色定位由社会规定走向主体自觉。Rural teachers are the main force of ensuring successful rural education. Currently,rural teachers feel confused about their professional role as the result of the development of social urban-rural dual structure,the values conflict between traditional and modern education,the conflict of interests in rural educational field. To be specific, professional values in professional practice are lost;role boundaries in career responsibility are generalized;and subject needs in career expectation are different. To clear up rural teachers’ confusion about their professional role and to ensure rural teachers will be rooted in the rural educational practice,stick to the original intention to educate people for the party,and take on the mission of cultivate talents for the country,it is eager to take the following measures:allocating rural educational resources on the basis of respecting the difference between urban and rural areas;solving the problems of rural education through precision support to enhance the comprehensive guarantee of rural teachers;and further transforming the connotation of rural teachers’ professional role from the value alienation to the essence of education and rural teachers’ professional role positioning from the social regulation to the subject consciousness.
