面向服务型制造的区域物流体系要素关系与特征识别——基于多案例的扎根理论分析

摘　　要：针对服务型制造目标要求,如何构建与之匹配的区域物流体系要素及关系结构,是服务型制造与区域物流领域关注的重要课题。鉴于服务型制造与区域物流体系协同发展的实际,在分析服务型制造与区域物流体系协同发展机理的基础上,应用扎根理论对选取的26个案例进行分析,确定服务型制造运行的目标要求以及与之匹配的区域物流体系要素特征,给出服务型制造与区域物流体系关系匹配模型,为研究面向服务型制造的区域物流体系运行控制提供参考。According to the goal requirement of service-oriented manufacturing,it is an important topic in fields of service-oriented manufacturing and regional logistics to build the matching elements and relationship structure with it.In view of the reality of collaborative development of service-oriented manufacturing and regional logistics system,26 selected cases are analyzed by using grounded theory based on the analysis of mechanism of collaborative development of service-oriented manufacturing and regional logistic system.The objective requirements of service-oriented manufacturing operation and the matching element characteristics of regional logistics system are determined,and the relationship-matching model is proposed of service-oriented manufacturing and regional logistics system,so as to provide reference for the operation control of regional logistics system for service-oriented manufacturing.
