摘 要:利用2017年和2018年春节期间江西省60个大气环境国控监测点的空气质量自动监测数据,采用数学统计、定量分析和ArcGIS空间分析等方法,并通过构建“空气污染综合指标”对“烟花禁放”政策实施前后江西省主要城市空气质量状况变化进行评估。结果表明,全面实施“烟花禁放”政策前(2017年),除夕夜和正月初一大量的空气污染物短期内迅速累积形成污染高峰;大气环境中主要污染物PM2.5和PM10分别较当年对应污染物的年均浓度升高49.62%和24.19%。2018年春节期间江西省全面实行禁燃措施后,绝大部分城市大气环境中PM2.5、PM10、SO2等污染物的平均浓度较2017年同期分别下降21.94μg/m^3、25.69μg/m^3和4.81μg/m^3,降幅分别达到31.64%、28.36%和28.39%,烟花禁放措施实施效果显著。从江西省空气质量的空间分布格局可以看出,空气质量指数类别为较良好的地区主要分布在江西省的北部和中部,其烟花禁放成效较好。Based on atmospheric environment automatic monitoring data from 60 National control stations in Jiangxi province during the Spring Festival in 2017 and 2018,the changes of air quality of major cities in Jiangxi province before and after the implementation of the"ban on fireworks"policy have been evaluated by of using mathematical statistics,quantitative analysis and ArcGIS spatial analysis and other methods,and by building a"comprehensive air pollution index".The results show that before the implementation of the"ban on fireworks"policy(2017),the air pollution during the Spring Festival is the most serious period on Lunar New Year′s eve and Lunar New Year.The main pollutants PM2.5 and PM10 in the atmospheric environment increased by 49.62%and 24.19%respectively compared with the annual concentration of corresponding pollutants in the same year.After the ban on burning was implemented in Jiangxi province during the Spring Festival in 2018,the average concentration of PM2.5,PM10,SO2 and other pollutants in the atmospheric environment of most cities showed a significant decline trend compared with the same period in 2017.Compared to the same period in 2017,the mean concentration of PM2.5,PM10 and SO2 of major urban pollutants in the province decreased by 21.94μg/m^3,25.69μg/m^3 and 4.81μg/m^3,respectively during the Spring Festival in 2018,with the decrease reaching 31.64%,28.36%and 28.39%respectively.The effect of fireworks ban was significant.From the spatial distribution patterns of air quality in Jiangxi province,it can be seen that the areas with good air quality index mainly distribute in the north and central of Jiangxi province,and the fireworks ban effect works well.
