摘　　要：文化引领背负着高校文化使命的内在要求,是大学建设“精神围墙”的基本需要,为建设高水平大学提供了强大的助推力,在大学高质量转型发展中具有重要的意义。文化引领战略下大学高质量转型发展要基于仰望的视角策划文化发展,基于传承整合为大学铸造精神家园,基于价值维系实现文化管理的提升,基于提升和创新实现大学文化品位的提升。"Cultural guidance"bears the inherent requirements of the cultural mission of universities.It is the basic need of the construction of"spiritual fence^^in universities,and provides a strong impetus for the construction of high-level universities,which is of great significance to the high-quality transformation and development of universities.Under the strategy of"culture guidance",the high-quality transformation and development of universities should be based on the perspective of looking up to plan the cultural development,based on the inheritance and integration to forge a spiritual home for universities,based on the value maintenance to achieve the promotion of cultural management,based on the enhancement and innovation to achieve the improvement of the university's cultural taste.
