摘 要:细胞表型转化是指在特定条件下细胞从一种细胞类型转变为另一种细胞类型的生理病理过程。细胞表型转化与全身疾病联系密切,而细胞表型转化作为多种眼病的发病机制,近年来受到广泛关注。多种眼部疾病与细胞表型转化相关,包括Fuchs角膜内皮营养不良、组织创伤修复、白内障及青光眼术后并发症以及新生血管形成等。有多种因子参与细胞表型转化进而参与眼科疾病的调节,明确相关因子及细胞转化类型可为以后的治疗提供新的切入点。Phenotypic transformation refers to the physiological and pathological process in which cells change from one cell type to another under certain conditions.Cell phenotypic transformation is closely related to systemic diseases,and as the pathogenesis of many ophthalmopathy,it has attracted more attention in recent years.A variety of eye diseases are associated with cellular phenotypic transformation,such as Fuchs corneal endothelial dystrophy,tissue wound repair,postoperative complications of cataract and glaucoma,neovascularization and so on.There are many factors involved in the cell phenotypic transition and then in the regulation of ophthalmic diseases.Clarifying the relevant factors and the type of cell transformation may provide new breakthrough points for the future treatment.
